Here is a glimpse of ‘Oeillade Strobe; Temporal Lobe’ featuring ‘Other Transmissions’ touring presentation of new resulting artworks from Conversations Series II. You can see Joe’s film at Tae Liverpool during our TATE Exchange event from 20-24 March. The collection of new works will then travel to Artlink Hull where it will feature alongside significant works from the Musgrave Kinley Outsider Art Collection loaned from the Whitworth.
